Job Qualifications:

1. Technical Recruitment Experience especially freelancers/contract recruitment.
2. 10+ years of candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing experience.
3. Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing.
4. Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong mentoring skills preferred.
7. Mix of consultancy and corporate recruiting experience a plus
